Concept "Map" for Research/Methods Class

INITIAL TOPIC: Student-driven learning in a STE(A)M-based Design-Build Classroom

Wondering 1: Why is STEM important and why were the Arts (and other subjects) left out? What is a STEM school really?
Wondering 2: What is the process for curriculums adoption/implementation by school districts? Why is a one-sized fits all strategy our typical course of action?
Wondering 3: What are the benefits of student-driven learning and can these be compounded through a hands-on studio experience involving STEAM components? Could cross grade collaboration help maintain independence and structure?
